Unprofessional. I was several different stories by several different employees. I originally called to find out why my sepic was backing up into the house. I told them it had been snaked several times and it didn't work. I told them it did not need to be snaked, but they did it anyway. It cost me $165 and it remained clogged. I was told by several employees they could come out at different times on different days, but no one showed. The first employee told me draining the tank was $225 and the next employee told me $275. I flushed $165 dollars down the toilet for nothing. This time, when I called, the employee told me they could come out again(tomorrow). I wasn't going to fall for it again. Completely, unreliable. ).

Called to see about getting septic tank pumped; the lady who answered was very rude and told me she could tell me how much they charge but they arent accepting calls for that right now. She was not very professional at all.
