AAA-1 Paul's Plumbing Inc

No foresight!! He gets two stars because he did respond quickly. I had Paul's Plumbing come out to one of my rental properties last week and fix a leak for one of my tenants. He saw the problem (poisoned rat chewing through a plastic sprayer hose) and instead of replacing the faucet without a sprayer hose so it wouldn't happen again, he just put a new sprayer hose on there and charged me 200. Of course it happened again 4 days later and I had to call a different plumber that actually fixed the issue and removed the hose completely. I basically paid twice for a repair that should have been taken care of correctly the first time. When I called Paul to talk about it and perhaps come to some sort of agreement about a partial refund, he was unwilling to do anything at all. As such, I will not use him again and if you are considering it, be aware that he makes poor decisions about how to take care of a problem and then when the same thing goes wrong, you're out of luck with him.
