Robert was professional and knowledgeable He came on Saturday and fixed pipe over dielectric valve. Made sure it was fixed to my satisfaction and asked me if there was anything else I could do today to help me as a17 year homeowner. I had initially contacted superior plumbing a day earlier via home advisor for my neighbor who was highly satisfied as well with the replacement of her main water shutoff valve.

John was prompt, professional and polite. Provided good options and addressed and repaired all concerns. John was good at communicating the issues and was very careful of my home in making the repairs and overall was a good guy. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends.

Jonathan M my service plumber did a tremendous job installing two shower valves and a brand new water heater in my new condo. He went above and beyond to keep me at ease and has excellent customer service. I definitely will use this company again. The price was much lower than other companies. Thank you Jonathan for making this process much easier for me and doing the work in a professional manner.

My main shut off valve was busted as robert came over to replace it. He’s been very helpful & educative. Perhaps I recommend his services in the future. As well as Ali as a customer service savvy.
