They came the day I phoned. It was a late afternoon appointment but the office called me with an earlier time which I did appreciate. I took the earlier appointment. The serviceman was very friendly and very neat and clean while in my house. He serviced the problem from the outside and had it fixed in no time. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. His quote for the work was exactly what I was charged. I would highly recommend this company.

We called Mr. Rooter when the plumbing in our home unexpectedly backed up. Todd arrived within a few hours and he was able to diagnose our problem quickly (a tree root had breached one of our sewer pipes and was blocking the line). All service fees were reviewed with us prior to Todd beginning any additional work, so there were no surprises when it came time to pay. What could have been a major headache was resolved in a timely manner. Thank you Todd!

Jason was great so through and great service tech with Mr. Rooter , took time to find the problem and get solution. Emailed me pictures and service details . So professional and caring . I would highly recommend this company for service , ask for Jason he is great at communicating and full of knowledge about his job.

After calling 3-4 companies on a Saturday with a broken pipe, and all wanting to charge an arm and a leg, I called Mr Rooter. The service was excellent from the Woman who answered the phone to David who came out within an hour. David was professional and took care of the problem perfectly. I will continue to use Mr Rooter in the future, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a dependable, reasonable company.
