4 different local companies told us that we needed to replace all the drain lines in our family-owned apartment building, at a price of many thousands of dollars. The only problem we were experiencing was one slow tub drain. We then waited for Mr. Weems to estimate, since he was recommended. He said it was a simple hair clog that they removed by snaking in less than two hours, saving us so much money and time. It was worth the wait to have him handle it.
Absolutely the worst business I've ever dealt with showed up 4 hours late for appointment no phone call, nothing then after looking at the job told me he needed to call the smaller guy because he needed to crawl under house to reach pipe, so he walks over to his van got in and left never to be seen or heard from again. Good luck if you use this company your gonna need it.
Just a quick shout out. I've used these guys for 15 years and today is just another example of why. Called mid morning problem with my Dad's disposal & slow drain, rotten food in disposal so a bit urgent [to me] ---they had two guys out by early afternoon. Replaced disposal, cleared drain, did another bathroom drain & a shower. Here over an hour. Less than $200 including the disposal. Always professional, friendly and have never felt gauged.
Never again . $200+ to fix one t joint. Charged for travel time and gas and greatly inflated price of part who h they had to go get. What kind of plumbed wouldn't have simple standard joints with them. I think they took advantage because I was new to area and needed repair after large water bill due to leak.
The absolute worst plumbing job I have ever seen. I used to be a plumber and never would have left a house in such a mess as this. They made a new hole for the toilet instead of using the existing one so now there is a huge hole in the floor looking down to the ground. Also the toilet is crooked and slanting to one side. How dare these so called plumbers do this to an old woman.
