Called due to water leak in piping to hot water heater. Alan answered at 4:35pm in the afternoon. He was very nice, said he felt sure could fit me in next day, would call in the morning to verify and tell me when service tech would be on their way. At 7:45 am , Alan did call. He said service tech was on his way, told me Jay was coming. By 8:15am Jay arrived. He was friendly, professional and got to work. He was finished at 9:05 am. Did a great job, answered all my questions and I was very comfortable with him as a service tech. The price was fair and I was happy to say he did not at anytime try to sell, add on or say I any other problems. I would highly recommend this company. I now have them in my contacts to call if need again.
