A1 Paradise Plumbing & Air Conditioning

Carmen (office staff) and Saul ( air conditioning tech) were friendly and professional. I had a dispute over services and charges to an A/C unit purchased in 2016. Three service calls in a little less than 3 years. On my most recent service call, I was charged for adding freon & a new coil was recommended. As of the next day, the house still had not cooled. I called another A/C company. They added the same amount of freon as Paradise. This time, the house cooled within 2.5 hours and stayed cool until a new coil was put in.The other company discovered that the coil had not been replaced in 2017 as one of the service orders from Paradise stated. The A/C manufacturer told the tech "the coil being replaced was original from 2016.There was a coil ordered in 2017 but was sent to other location and never picked up." After speaking to Jason (supervisor at Paradise) several times, we were able to come to a resolution amongst ourselves. I appreciate the time and respect he gave me. It is obvious, he is a man who cares about his clients.

I cannot speak on having work done by this company, but I dealt with them in a different way. My former boss hired Paradise to do plumbing work for him, in which they completed the work to the customer's satisfaction. My boss told me to cover the bill so I did as a favor. Turns out that my boss took my money and ran. I notified the business owner Matt and he assisted in getting me my money back even though paradise was paid off and did not have to help me. I can say that this is the most honest business owner that I've ever met in my life. He and his company hold themselves to very high standards with much integrity, and honesty is very very hard to find nowadays. I'd recommend Paradise to anyone.

Paradise is amazing! Very professional, courteous, very communicative and reliable. We’ve had them serviced three houses of ours and they’ve been amazing every single time. Very understanding and thorough. I highly recommend!

I appreciate A1 Paradise Plumbing’s quick response to my call. I had a pleasant experience with Ronald before, so I requested him again. He had to take out my faucet for a mirror removal and this time replace it after the new mirror installation. He also recommended getting new valves under the sink as mine were quite old. Now I have new clean & efficient valves that look so much better and I have less worry of leakage. Thank you for a great job! As always the ladies, Susan & Sabrina, are always pleasant and helpful. Great staff!

I have used Paradise 6-8 times for plumbing and AC. I have been very pleased with each service they have performed. This last job was complex, but JD and Randy were true professionals and put me at ease. From start to finish they did the job well. They arrived on time, put me at ease, respected my home and even cleaned up! JD and Randy lived up to their mantra, "I'll fix it just like it was my own home". I can't thank you enough! I highly recommend Paradise. You won't be disappointed!
