Sparkman Plumbing

My 1st three attempts to reach this company was between the hrs of noon and 1 pm. I received no answer and no answering machine/voicemail. I then noticed that they offered an electronic messaging service to leave a name and number. It promises a call back at a given time. (My time was 2 pm). At 2:30, still no callback. So I called them. I actually got someone this time. Now this lady informed me that they were booked out for 2 weeks and couldn't help me. She did refer to another plumber that I've never heard of and couldn't find a listing for. On the Bright side they are busy. However... It's always been my experience that when you are looking for a Plumber, it's usually because you have a problem now, and not 2 weeks from now. So any Plumbing service that isn't available to help customers in need NOW, (today or tomorrow) aren't my kind of Plumbers. And if you not available for these services maybe you should remove them from your Website and only advertise what you are servicing. Just a thought MR BLACK
