I had Mr. Septic recently come out to perform a septic inspection and pump out on a property that we are purchasing. (This company was recommended to me by a long time home inspector in the area) Lee was very thorough and kind enough to take the time to explain and show us the condition of the septic. After the seller chose another local company to inspect the tank, I found Mr. Septic to have the best price to replace the tank. Tammy has been awesome and very professional too! I definitely will recommend this company to my friends and family in the near future.

I was reading a FB discussion of septic problems/companies/etc. just now and it occurred to me that I should review the company who helped us last year+ when we were building a new house. Mr. Septic was *OUTSTANDING* .. Similar to what everyone else is saying, the owner and bossman is extremely professional, extremely personable, extremely reasonable, and really I can't say enough. Obviously I haven't a ton of perspective since the house is not that old but c'mon now... I am telling you that THIS is the company to deal with. Furthermore, we noticed they had a particular piece of heavy equipment, and as it happened, awhile after these fine folks did our (huge, heavy duty, much bigger & better than a "normal" house's system) septic system, we were having something else done at the house when we knew we needed a piece of heavy equipment. I called the local rental place, and it was expensive, inconvenient, very time-specific (You get it for 4 hours, for a lot of money, you have to pick it up at the set time, drive it home [using the trailer you also have to rent from us, haha sucka, we got you!] use it yourself, and return it, by the 4 hour mark....) and again, expensive.... On a whim I called Mr. Septic.... just curious ... could you help out.... and if , when? And what price? Mrs. Septic basically said, "Listen, if you need it done tomorrow, and it sounds like you do, we'll make it work. ..." And for even less than renting the equipment, THE VERY NEXT AFTERNOON, Mr. Septic was there (about 20 mins earlier than the time Mrs. Septic said she could get him there) and was as nice, professional, and helpful as ever.... Really if there was ONE company I would say I was happiest with in the many I dealt with building a new, big, custom house, it is Mr. Septic!

He just cleaned our septic this morning. Had to dig all around, do the dirty job, shoveled all the dirt back, raked all around, did a superb job, very professional, caring, nice person.

Very professional and efficient would recommend them to anyone for future septic needs...
