Ace Leak Detection and Video

Had another company come out to my condo and told me it was the drain on my tub, that was not the case. Ace leak detection and video came out and found the leak and it was coming from the upstairs unit leaking down my wall behind the shower valve. Price was more than fair considering the damage it would of caused if it wasnt found right away. 5 stars in my book

Our community was experiencing extremely high water bills over the past couple of months. We did as much troubleshooting as we could on our own but were unable to find the leak. We contacted Craig from Ace and he was able to rearrange his schedule to come the next day. He and Matt worked with our maintenance professional and found the underground leak within a couple of hours for a reasonable cost. They were a pleasure to work with. We would never have found it on our own. I highly recommend them.

Called early on a Monday morning about a clogged drain line in the bathroom. I was told that I could expect the plumber to arrive around 1:00 pm. At 12:30 I received a call from the plumber that he was on his way. The plumber and his assistant were able to located the source of the leak and free the pipe of the blockage within an hour. Both of them were polite, helpful and friendly. No mess was left behind and I was very pleased with the work and thought the fees were fair as well. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with water pressure. Called them and he told me over the phone how to fix it. He could have sent someone out for a quick service charge but didn't. Thumbs up
