Tarpon Springs City Water

They are so rude it's rediculous! I still don't receive this bill by mail so I am forced to call and spend my break at work dealing with these people. They have yet to fix this many months later. Don't go in person as the employees seem to be annoyed to even work here and don't help with anything. A neighbor of mine was behind on the water bill and they shut the whole buildings water down for days. Finally, I have lived in so many cities in Florida but this is by far the most expensive water !

If i could give less than one i would, we have been waiting for 6 days for them to turn us on and when,we call they say your on our list, we will be out today 10 pm rolls up and still no water. Its like do you even care about the people or did we pay you for the hell of it.

You pay for expensive brown water. The water department's solution is "The water may be brown but, is safe. You should buy a whole house filter".
