Dyno Rooter

Had good experience in the past, so I called these guys at 4:30 on Friday, told I would hear from someone within half hour... at 9m I called back and they had no idea who I was. Then someone called and said sorry, we will have to come out Monday... then finally agreed to have someone come out saturday afternoon. Frustrated I called another plumber saturday morning who was here in 30 minutes and did the job. Called to cancel with Dyno and again they had no idea who I was or even which city I was in. Blaming the answering service here not the plumbers... but I won't be trying them again.
