Our washer drain was backing up when the washer would spin and drain. Tom came out and ran a snake thru all our sewer lines and fixed our problem. He was very professional and the charge was reasonable. We would highly recommend him.
Good people reasonable prices
Called Modern plumbing and they had Ed in the area. Ed worked hard to figure out the plumbing situation. American Leak detector said it was under the concrete. It was under the concrete but not in that area.Ed worked hard to figure it out. Ed figured it out and i don't have no more leak. Thank you Modern Plumbing and thank you Ed.
Our tankless water heater shorted out Christmas week. Modern had to order a replacement from the manufacturer in Houston, TX. It arrived in the afternoon--about 2:30-- of December 29 and they sent Ed out that afternoon to install it. The folks there were friendly and competent as we worked through this ordeal. Thank to James Lewis, Curtis ? and Ed ?. Great folks and I recommend them with no reservations.
My situation was different then most of my plumbing needs. My plans were changing daily/hourly. Modern Plumbing (Inverness) came out and repaired both items. . Unfortunately I also needed an Electrcian. While their technician was at my house I called Floyd Electrical. The plumber spoke to them and explained what needed to be done. Made things alot smoother. Highly Recommended
