Unfortunately many companies either don't return calls, don't show up, are shady and/or do questionable work. These guys rock! I ordered a dishwasher from BJ’s at a great price, however, the guys @ BJ’s did not install hardwired dishwashers. So I called Accurate Plumbing, spoke with Mickey, and she set it up. Right on time Michael showed up and proceeded to bust butt to put my dishwasher in and it looks fantastic! I have known the owner Spiro and his company for years and have always called him for my plumbing needs mostly small jobs. When it came time to renovate my faucets in my 6 year old home, he came over and assessed the job and explained to me the valve concerns should I change brands. With his advice I was able to find the perfect faucets for my guest and master bathrooms that were installed professionally by his team. During the installation, my 6-year-old water heater began leaking and not repairable. Spiro immediately contacted the manufacturer and notified me that it was not under warranty; however, asked when I bought the home. I told him that I closed in May 2012 and he said that the warranty may still be in effect and that I contact the manufacturer and get a reference number. I sent over my closing documents, which then showed that it in fact was still under warranty. Once I sent the reference number to Spiro, he ordered the new water heater, with the extended warranty for 6 years and had it installed the following day. A month and half later, I needed Accurate Plumbing Solutions to install my new faucet on my kitchen sink and re-installed the garbage disposal because I had new countertops installed. His team has always been on time and professional performing the installations in my home. Accurate Plumbing Solutions of Cocoa Florida is the best company for all of your plumbing needs. Twice, Spiro has come to our rescue from a broke pipe in wall and broken pipe outside. He was quick to response, honest, and his prices are excellent. The broken pipe was just a few days ago and I was at work, what a mess, my friend met him at the house, she was even impressed with his professionalism, quickness, and cost. Best in Brevard County.
