Dennis Schek & Son

Called because I need a pool water heater connected to meter. Called Monday and left message with office. And never received a return call. Called Wednesday figured I’d try again just in case message was lost. Dennis Sr. answered the phone and sounded annoyed that I called him. Told him what I needed done and basically blew me off. Told me he’s really busy and he may or not want to do the job or even show up. He said to call him back to check at a later date. Total jerk and horrible customer service! Lake Apopka Natural Gas needs to remove him as a recommended contractor!

We experienced a main water line break at our Kings Ridge Clermont, FL home in Jan 2018 probably due to the extreme cold weather. A neighbor passerby knocked on our door to advise us. I told him we were making snow. After assessing the situation and turning off the main supply at the street location, I called Scheck & Son at 8:40am and left a message regarding the dilemma. By 10:40am they had returned the call, arrived at our home, repaired the problem and departed. And all that on a Saturday. WE ARE IMPRESSED!!!

Rude as hell

Honest and hard worker. They return calls the same day that you call. Very reasonable prices.

Dennis came out today to fix a minor problem I had with on of our toilets. While he was here he checked out my other toilet to make sure it worked and noticed that it wasn't adjusted correctly (my husband had installed new flow things) and that the water kept running. Overall very good service and he is great. I would recommend him.
