Chris came on a Saturday during the timeframe scheduled the day before. Was very professional and able to resolve our issue right away. Chris even repaired a separate issue we had. I would recommend Encore Plumbing to others.

We had a broken spigot at 10 PM on Sunday night. We called Encore plumbing that same night and spoke with their answering service, who was very friendly and professional by the way. The next morning Encore called us back and they had a technician at our house within the hour. The issue was resolved and we have water back at our house by 10 AM that morning. For a family of 5 and kids home from school, this is priceless. Thank you for saving us a second time Encore!
