Met Joe at a mutual place we both frequent. Suddenly, at home, we had a toilet that wouldn't stop running. Joe came the same day even though he had other things to do! Just met the owner operator Joe Larkin today. He was recommended by a friend. He showed up on time to put in a new water heater. He did a great job for me and patiently answered all my questions. He took away the old unit and all packaging from the new one. His price was fair and I would highly recommend him.
