Very quick at getting an appointment. Nick was very nice, professional and informative of what happened with the issue we had at our home. It was done in great timing and clean afterwards no mess. Thank you very much! I have used Bergau Plumbing before and every time same great service and have never had an issue after fixed.

After calling a different plumber who could not fix anything yet still charged us. We called Bergau Plumbing who sent out a Tech who fixed all our issue at a great price. I highly recommend Bergau Plumbing.

I was willing to pay for an estimate for the installation of a whole house water filter. They flatly stated that they don't give estimates and that it will cost me $98 dollars per hour. All this was stated without the person knowing which product I have. So let me get this straight...if they send me "Charlie the Snail" and he takes 2 days instead of 2 hours to do the job then it's my tuff luck. I don't think so!.

Two visits, still not fixed. Said a new valve is required. Spent $153 and master shower operates worse than before "repair." Second visit, pounded on valve long and hard enough to pop nail through drywall and put dent in it. Office staff doesn't understand how that could happen, nor that the main shower worked fine before they got here. (Body sprays were to be fixed). Said they wouldn't even bill me, but I've already paid $153 for work that left things in worse condition. Was told to call someone else, guess they don't stand behind their repairs...
