Just had a great experience with Johnson Brothers Plumbing! I attempted to change the cartridge in my shower faucet because it appeared to be simple enough. Of course, Murphy’s Law took place, and I now had an emergency. I tried calling several plumbers, but no one could help me. When I called Johnson Brothers and explained what had happened, I was put on a short hold for about three minutes, and then told that they could get someone out to me in about 90 minutes. An hour later the truck arrived! Michael was very prompt courteous and professional. He handled the situation with great skill and ease. All of my worries disappeared! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE seeking a good plumber!
Michael was very professional. Called to alert me of his arrival time. Arrived on time and went right to work. Explained to both myself and my wife what he was doing and sought our guidance concerning mounting options.. Explained the functions and demonstrated the operation.
