Love, love, love this company. We had Juan and his team out today to perform some work on our a/c unit. They were fantastic. The work was explained to me clearly and performed quickly and efficiently. And they cleaned up after themselves. Always so mindful of my doors so that my cats do not run out and incredibly polite! I am so glad that we found unique services 5 years ago - we are happy, loyal customers!
Juan C came to help out with my 4 home systems off a great deal from Home Depot (10$ Per system checkup). He did a great job, was on time and professional. Happy to use him again!!
Joe Lima and Lester, Unique technicians, installed a new AC unit in our home in Bonita Springs yesterday, 7/12/2019. Both gentlemen were courteous and hard working. I want to thank Austin for his outstanding work with analyzing and fixing our problem. We had a new water heater installed 7/2/19 and the hot water still did not work the following day. Through Austin's tireless follow-up work, he resolved the problem and after his work we had hot water. Austin is a great ambassador for Unique.
