I would recommend this company to anyone with a leak problem. They juggled schedules to make sure we could get the earliest possible appointment and it happened this morning. Matt arrived an hour earlier after calling to let us know. He was professional, courteous and efficient and found our leak right away. He put a temporary stop on it and advised us on the next steps. We couldn’t be more satisfied.
Absolutely first class! Kevin was incredibly helpful in finding and putting a temporary patch over the leaking hot water line in our slab foundation. He is clearly an outstanding representative for Sleuth! Thanks so much, Kevin!
Shawn and Max were fantastic from the moment they arrived at our home! They identified the source of our issue promptly and thoroughly; keeping us informed each step of the way. Great experience with the company, from the moment they contacted us to schedule coming to our home, to sending our insurance company their findings.
Sleuth did a great job. Found the leak under my slab in about 10 minutes. Opened it up and clamped the pipe so my plumber can properly repair it. Company was responsive and courteous. Tech was professional, efficient and clean.
I cannot be more positive about Sleuth. The leak under the slab in my laundry room was detected with relative ease by Ryan, the technician. It is stressful when you have a leak and can be very costly if you call the wrong people out there. Sleuth saved the day. Another firm send a technician and quickly wrote a quote to solve the leak detection and added a second option to re-plumb the house. Two offers from Best Home Services- option 1. $2,549 (find leak and no repair)- no warranty or, option 2. re-plumb $7,000 25 year warranty. and I had to pay them to give that quote (and I showed him basically where I thought it was- which as it turned out- it was). I told the tech, thanks-I'll get another opinion. Why didn't call Sleuth in the beginning? Because I forgot about them. They had found a leak in the 1980's on a house I owned in Sarasota. I will not forget them again and I will highly recommend them if you have leaks to detect. $300 vs $2,549. Evidently, the firm treats it's employees very well as evidenced by many employees working there happily for decades and treating the new employees very well. It shows in their professional work. When you find the problems, you can effectively address the solutions. Hire them first!
