I called this company up to get a second estimate of turning my bathtub into a stand up shower in my condo. Leland plumbing was the first company I called. Shawn came out to give me an estimate and was very polite and knowledgeable. I told him that I would have all the tile around the tub removed, this way all that had to be done was remove tub, raise mixing valve and move drain to center. They came back with an estimate of 6100 dollars... almost 5000 dollars more then Leland... I had this done by another licensed plumber for 700 bucks. It took 2 hours. I emailed them back asking why they were so high for same exact scope of work. Never heard back..

Since we do not live year-round at our Florida home and this issue occurred when we were not there. Greg called and checked his last repair and told me no problems but did find a faucet that and not been turned off all the way which was leaking. Our water bill spiked and Sarasota Public utilities informed us of the higher water usage. It was nice that we have COOL TODAY to be our eyes while we are not there.
