Freedom Heating and Cooling, was very responsive, fair and punctual. I want to thank Quintin the manager i spoke with this morning for sending Buddy Brown, who came out and gave me a fair deal on a new heat pump. My compressor died. I feel I made the right call. Great work Freedom
Did not have a good experience with Freedom. Used the $39 deal for diagnostic service. Told the tech some of the issues we were having with air flow in our house. He cleaned our unit and did some checks under the house recommended getting a quote for a new duct system. We were given a $6000 quote for new duct system with no other options or opinions of what was causing the issues with our air flow. We had another company come check it out a few weeks later who quickly figured out that we had a secondary filter that was completely clogged. He removed that filter and system has been cooling great ever since. We basically paid Freedom for a sales pitch. Customer service said we got the service we paid for and were very correct in more ways than one. I would not recommend Freedom. Instead find a smaller local company who cares more about their reputation and providing quality service than meeting a sales quota.
Ryan came out to my house and was a great technician. He was friendly and efficient. A supervisor named john came out to check and answered more questions for me. Would recommend freedom and these two guys to anybody!
Had a new system installed on a Sunday. The guys arrived on time as we were leaving for church, everything was done and perfect when we returned. Andrew, Jon, and Mario were professional and courteous, did a great job. Everything was perfect. The new system works great. Much appreciated service. Thanks!
My main point here is that Freedom Heating and Air was a waste of money for us. We had a second company come out to look at our unit today because our house doesn’t cool efficiently. They found a completely blocked filter under the house that the first company, Freedom Heating and Air, missed on their diagnostic. The new company said that any technician should have easily seen the blocked filter. For us, Freedom was a complete waste of money and kept trying to sell us more services. The new tech was way more knowledgeable and able to answer questions I had.
