Wouldn't give estimate in advance. Replaced 2 regular valves in my bathroom and 2 dual stops in Kitchen; tightened a screw down on my exterior supply line. He was here less than an hour. Wouldn't use my parts. Charged $78 for parts; $180 in labor when I was told $125 for the 1st hour. Did a good job, but if I would have know the $254 bill for 4 shut-offs, I would have figured out how to do it myself.
