Our company has worked with Plumbing Experts on many projects over more than 10 years. They have always been very professional, knowledgeable and organized. The owner of the company, Clem is an honorable man, highly regarded in the industry, and a great guy! I highly recommend the plumbing expert’s. We had a major blockage due to a tree trunks roots growing into line. Everything was removed cleaned up and replaced in one afternoon , excellent service ! I have also used them for simpler jobs like garbage disposal and toilet repair , happy with their team .

We contracted Plumbing Experts to install a drain field for us in January of 2017. In July of this year we started experiencing drainage issues and had the septic tank pumped out. It again filled up within days and had to be pumped out again (at our cost). We discovered that there was no baffle or filter installed. The drain field was backing up into the septic tank. We made numerous attempts to have Plumbing Experts correct the issue to no avail. Calls were ignored and when they did come out to the house they took no responsibility and even wanted to charge us for pumping out the tank. During the timeframe that they were still answering and responding to our calls they offered to replace a filter and baffle (that should have originally been installed by them) for just under $1,000.00. Another company gave us a quote of $325.00 to do the same work. I went to their office in Delray Beach and spoke with Danny who was not at all interested in helping us. They did not have plans from the installation from 2017 and could not even tell us where the drain field was located. We were informed that the baffle was part of the tank and had nothing to do with the drain field however the estimate provided from them in 2017 included "baffle replacement". We again tried to call them to get any specs from the job they charged us $7,600.00 for, but they could never provide any information. We also found out that they completed the work without obtaining the necessary permits. A last effort was made to speak with the owner and we left a message for him to call us. We were assured that he would reach out to us. 3 days later we have received no response from anyone at Plumbing Experts in Delray Beach. Plumbing Experts are not experts in costumer service or plumbing. They do not own up to their mistakes and do not make any attempts to correct an issue if it is going to cost them. Plumbing Experts have shown us that they are experts in deception, dishonesty, lack of work ethics and corruption.

Plumbing Experts should rename themselves insurance fraud experts. They are masters at drawing out a job for as long as possible to inflate their bill and pass it along to their clients insurance company. What happens when your insurance won't cover their ridiculously inflated and fraudulent bills? well guess what? Your screwed. Avoid at all cost.

Hey it was Saturday the day before mother’s day no plumbing company would take the job except for these guys . They came and not only did they fixed my problem but fixed issues that other plumbing companies had created the week prior trying to fix my problems . In addition they found things that were out of codes and still fixed it . I recommended this company 100% they are the best out there ...you won’t regret it ! They are reliable and honest !!
