Erica's Plumbing was fantastic to work with. From Tiffany who took our initial call, to Brandon our technician who came out to the house, everyone was top notch. We needed after-hours service to repair a bathroom located between two rooms each with a sleeping child. Brandon took extra care to ensure he was as quiet as the job would allow and we beyond appreciate it (they slept right through it). Would recommend them in a heart-beat to anyone who was looking for a honest and reliable plumbing company.

I called Erica's Plumbing & Restoration, after hours, after trying to contact several other "after hours" plumbing survives. Erica's was the only one willing to make the service call and within 45 minutes Brandon was at my door. Brandon did an outstanding job! He was attentive, considerate (e.g., parking, noise levels, misc. items in pantry, remediation, etc.) and he worked thoroughly and diligently. Brandon also answered all of my water heater questions. I highly recommend Brandon and the team at Erica's Plumbing & Restoration.

Erica's Plumbing & Restoration came and performed a Restoration job at my home. Tiffany answered the phone and was super nice. I noticed a leak from the bathroom toilet and that my garbage disposal was acting up. Brandon came out and was incredible throughout the entire process. Between the Bathroom and Kitchen there was an unbelievable amount of mold. Having a 2 year old made me worry about it but Paul, Ray and Kyle came and quickly ran the Mold test to verify that it was indeed Mold and started to remove it almost immediately after. The project manager was very helpful with picking out our cabinet, paint and tile selections. And the Roland went above and beyond with helping with my AC. They always kept us up to date with the insurance claim as well as when the items whould be arriving to my home and be being installed. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome of everything. Super professional, from the phone alerts for my appointment to the picture of the tech included for added security, everything was perfect. They did an incredible job, very high quality work and with no goofing around. They do AC (which is what I had done), plumbing and restoration at very competitive prices. Everything that was promised was done and in a timely manner. I would recomend them over any contractors I have worked with in the past.

On the evening of August 3rd I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking in my garage. I quickly perused local plumbers via Google and chose Erica’s Plumbing and Restoration. I am so happy that I made that choice. Within an hour and a half Brian Waite from Erica’s arrived at my home. Brian was great! He was very personable, professional, and immediately diagnosed my problem. He quickly curtailed the leakage from the heater and returned today, August 4th to complete the job. He replaced my heater in a neat and concise manner. I could not have asked for a better job. I highly recommend Erica’s and their technician Brian to get the job done.
