This company sent someone out to just poke holes in my yard. My plumbing is not working and I had to pay the service hour at $105.00 hr, to not have the plumber even look onto the plumbing issue. The plumber left saying "good luck". I'm at a loss for being charged to have a plumber not even look into the plumbing problem, but to limit his solution to poking holes in the yard. I'm not sure that even if he could have found the clean-out pipe he would have actually done anything other then let the water out. I would NEVER recommend this company.
I recommend ASAP plumbing if you are looking for a reliable plumbing company. I have had several plumbing problems toilet that is constantly running, faucets always dripping. I called ASAP Plumbing and they were there the same day. They fixed all my problems and the plumber even asked if I have any other problems he could handle today. The plumber was so nice and did a great job.
