Roger Harper Plumbing

2nd time we needed a plumber, we called Roger again since satisfied the first time 2 years prior. I recently changed the insides of one of our toilets back tank. The other toilet wasn't flushing properly and the tank I "operated on" was beginning to leak. Roger came by at the end of his day, took a look at both... not only were they easy fixes that he took time to teach me about, he refused to accept any money.
