Was not expecting to pay $65.00 for an estimate or to tell me that I needed a new water heater in less than 2 minutes, very disappointing experience, already dealing with the stress of a broken heater, no compassion at all, company less 3 miles from our home and still charge us like if they move something or got they're hands dirty...
