Pensacola Plumbers

I called Pensacola Plumbers thinking I could get an appointment to fix my leak under my sink. The dispatcher asked me two questions, and because I was not new construction, or already a regular customer, the dispatcher said they could not help me! I was shocked that they actually turned down my business. I was so disappointed and shocked. I won't be calling them again.

24/7? What a joke. I got home after work last night about 9, tired and dirty, all I wanted to do was take a shower and eat. Unfortunately the coupling from my water meter to my main line broke. Since it was after 9 hardware stores were closed so I called these guys at 930 for an emergency repair. They said the manager or on call tech would call me to let me know when they would come out. By midnight I had received no phone call. Realizing that there promises were worthless I started calling up friends to find a coupling and fix it myself. I finally found someone and got that shower around 2am. Thanks for absolutely nothing Pensacola Plumbers.

Pensacola Plumbers did a great job us! Their service techs came right out and fixed our issue in a timely and affordable way. We used them numerous times on our rental properties.........top notch company!!
