Had a clogged kitchen sink. they came out same day, hopped on the roof, fixed the problem! Cox is fast, efficient, and polite. They are my new go-to plumbers!

Too bad there is not a negative star count. Called to ask if they could handle some remodel work, the guy just put the phone down and did not return. Guess they switched from hanging up to just putting the phone down.

I work for a General Contractor and called to see if they could come look at an issue on a completed project in Sebring that the installer couldn't get to for over a week and they hung up on me. Guess they don't want any business from a GC. SMH

I spoke by telephone with Cox Plumbing about an issue I was having for over one year with my toilet when washing clothes. Another plumber attempted to fix the issue 3 times when they finally told me they could not, and I would either need to scope the pipes or possibly tear the wall or floors up. Cox Plumbing is impressively educated in their profession, they took the necessary time needed to troubleshoot the issue giving me the exact advice on how to solve the problem, which also saved me a very big plumbing expense.
