My mother-in-law just had a brand new AC unit put in in timber greens a year ago it is not working accordingly it blows hot air we ask somebody to come out over the weekend she is a senior citizen they said you got to wait until we can get somebody out there next week and she paid top dollar for garbage I would not recommend this company to anybody recommendation go with the real AC company that has on call service which company is a joke I'm reporting them to the better business

2nd time I used them. I called to have them come out again for another issue because I was happy 1st time. My disappointment this time was being charged $160.00 for a problem that couldn't be fixed. I feel that is very unfair service call price.

After another Plummer that was scheduled failed to show up I called woody tucker to fix a property for me. They showed up exactly on time, price was reasonable and repaired my issue. At the time I made the appointment, woody tucker is very up front about the cost , $130 for the first hour and $30 for every 15 minutes after. The Plummer’s they send are apparently not on commission which is a good thing. Woody Tucker also supports local charities which also makes me happy! Thank you

Very impressed with this company. Gene did a great job fixing our shower faucet. He was very knowledgeable; and explained everything in detail. Fair pricing; and honest work. Grew up in this area since 1972. Used to go with my Grandfather to Mr. Tucker's showroom with him. It is a great feeling to see that the company is still at the same standards. Where they treat you with respect and humility. TJ was outstanding! Will always trust them for future needs!
