Green Air Controls

These guys came after hours to fix our vacation rentals a/c. We came in after 6 hours of driving to a house with no working a/c and as much as the view was beautiful we couldn't stand being in the house. These guys called to set up a time where we'd be home and that would be convenient for us, came at the agreed time, and had everything fixed quick. Highly recommend

We had this company replace our air conditioning system and relocate the part inside to the attic. I was worried it wouldn’t be possible but a manager came out and surveyed everything. Before they did the job, a supervisor came out and made sure they had a good plan for the job and that they would have everything they needed before the day of the job. Green Air came out with a crew and the supervisor on the day of the job and did the whole thing in one day and didn’t even leave a mess. I was amazed at how professional it looked. You would think that it was always in the attic. They added vents too and redid some of the duct work so it would work better. After they were done, it was cooling better than the old system ever did. It feels incredible and my power bill was also a lot less. You won’t go wrong with these guys. Very good work.

I'm not one to leave reviews whether my experience is good or bad. I did however have to share that the crew at Green Air went above and beyond! I had many questions and they were able to "dumb it down" so to speak for us to understand what the real issue was. We gathered a few quotes prior to calling them, and NONE of the other companies took the time to explain the issues and types of equipment in detail like Green Air did. That staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It was great getting same day service as we were not in town for long. I'm confident in their service and am looking forward to working with them further in the future. I absolutely recommend Green Air and will without a doubt turn to them for further service and installs for our other properties!

I rarely write reviews unless I come across a company that exceeds my expectations. Green Air Controls meets this requirement. They were recommended on a trusted neighborhood network website but I still did my due diligence and compared price/value with 3 others. As a remote owner, I was very impressed with the responsiveness to meet my specific window of time and answer all of my questions. Good customer service stems from good leadership and filters throughout an organization. I felt this from the office personnel, from the technician and the President who was the one who answered my final questions and then followed-up to ensure my satisfaction. Wow!!! I can't say enough about how great these guys are!! Total professionals!! They helped me above and beyond dealing with a home warranty company nightmare. When it was all said and done they got the unit and replaced it and were total pros. They are the GO TO HVAC company in the panhandle as far as I am concerned. They will have my business for a long time!! Thank you so much!! Especially Jonathan, Colleena and Sharon for putting up with me being a grouch about the home warranty company.
