Terrible experience, which is sad because they came recommended from a colleague. Explained over the phone that I needed my lines air tested at a foreclosed home I was thinking of purchasing, asked what the cost would be for an estimate and was told $48. UPDATE, CHECK RETURNED: I was called back the day after my reviews were posted and they returned my original check so they did not keep my estimate money. They were very apologetic on the phone for the misunderstanding. The tech was 40 minutes late, apparently the original tech was sick in the hospital (which I understand), but someone could have called me to let me know or have scheduled another tech. Once the new tech arrived they "estimated" $900 worth of tests to see how much damage their was in the lines, just tests WITH NO REPAIRS. I haven't even bought this home yet, that seems ludicrous to spend that just to find out what's wrong with the pipes. They could have told me the cost of the repairs over the phone and saved myself the $40 "estimate fee" (they kindly waived $8 because my appointment was missed) and my time that was wasted waiting on them. If they knew the tests cost so much why did they wait until they got there to tell me? I called to ask the management to ask this same question, no one was there who could help me I was told, but my tech was and he told me it was their "policy not to give out quotes over the phone". I left a message to have a manager or owner call and have heard nothing. Quite disappointed to be charged $40 for nothing, they of course kept my check.
