I had Precise Plumbing (Dan) install a toilet at my home. Dan arrived exactly on time. I asked if he would mind if I watched and he said it would be fine. I have installed all my own toilets in the past. I am glad I watched because this guy is a professional. No lost motion, very careful not to make a mess, lots of little tricks to ensure the job is done right. The job was complete in less then an hour and was perfect from start to finish. Thank you.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Telling me you don’t have time for me when I paid $500 for a disconnect and reconnect fee?! That is unacceptable!! And then telling me that you don’t care if I go without water for 4 days? I will make sure people don’t use your services.

Poor service, worse customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Very happy with Precise Plumbing and Dan. Dan explained everything about the installation of our water softener/filtration system and provided some great tips on using it. Highly recommend him and Precise Plumbing.

I called them at 8 am and they were to my house by 9 am. Jason helped fix our drain problem quickly and was very knowledgeable and professional. The pricing was reasonable too! Definitely recommend.
