The owner James Moore is too wrapped up in himself to accommodate anybody but himself. The quality of work is mediocre to say the least because of how on unorganized the company is.
When I called, the lady that answered asked if she could call me back in 25 minutes. After two hours I called back and no one answered. Ive tried to call back now three more times with no one ever answering the phone. I wanted to use them since they were so close to my house but I guess it wasn't meant to be. I will be taking my business elsewhere and letting everyone know how unprofessional this business is.
So I was driving down 200 in ocala. And one of your van swerved off the road! And then came back on and nearly caused a accident. Because he was on his phone or not payiing attention I have no idea! But , I called the company to talk to someone and the lady that answered the phone nicely then said Did anybody Die? Really nice ! I will make sure that if anybody asks for a plumber!
