Set up scheduled time to have a pump truck designated to arrive week in advance. Day of canceled. I would understand if a truck broke down but because its a commercial building is no excuse. You have the address and you decide to cancel last minute with City Officials involved and a Corporate account. Good Luck but I cant believe anyone uses your services.
Great customer service! They stand behind their work! They did everything they could to take care of me when I was in a bind! I highly recommend them.
