They did an exceptionally professional job in a very short period of time at a price that was reasonable considering the professional skills of the person doing the work. I contacted Blue Sky Plumbing to inquire about a new hot water heater. An appointment was made for the very next day. Not only was I given an option of 3 different units but, all 3 were explained to me. After listening to my options, I decided on a new 50 gallon tank. It was installed immediately. Most amazing customer service experience of my 65 years! We had a car crash through our garage early one morning. Everything was wrecked and the water heater was shoved into the wall, shattering pipes and creating a geyser of water. I quickly scanned the local listings and chose BLUE SKY PLUMBING in Mount Dora based on good reviews. Literally hung up the phone and 20 minutes later got a call from a cheerful service tech, Dan, who said he’d come right out. Within 2 hours he had installed new plumbing, pressure tested all of our lines and installed a brand new high efficiency hot water heater. Two hours from crash to resolution is pretty amazing.
