Unfinished job, pipe leaking. I had a new kitchen sink installed. First they wanted to use white caulking with a black sink. Then Steve Shepard said he would stop by to add transparent caulking. Be aware they only have white caulk in their truck. More importantly. They left me with a leaking piping; after numerous text & voice messages they never responded. Be aware of poor quality

He came out promptly to inspect the site for a quote. Kept promising to get it done for over 2 months! I finally asked him (in a voice mail) to at least let me know if he wasn't going to get it done, but never heard a word back from him. Wasted our valuable time and money.

Lied, took my money, and problem worse than before ! I called Steve Shepherd Plumbing, and had the disposal and toilet fixed on a Saturday (Saturday hours is why I called in the first place). I paid my bill in full that day, $200. 1 day later, the toilet had water running all day and night (and did what I know to do in this circumstance like jiggle the handle and clean the stopper, etc), so I called and actually spoke with Steve "No problem" he said. The problem got worse, I left MANY voice messages describing the problem, even left another voice message at 10:30 pm one night to let them know the problem was worse than before they came the first time to 'fix it'! Fortunately, on another day, a woman picked up the phone (by accident probably) and I was told that "Steve is out of range for a phone call, but let me text him and let him know that you will be at your apartment on Saturday afternoon, he will come and fix the problem". I was assured that Steve had my full address and correct phone #. WAITED THE REST OF THE DAY SATURDAY - NO CALL, NO STEVE SHEPHERD !! Forget about leaving a message, please. They will come out, 'fix' the problem, take your money, and you will never hear from them again !! Liars !! Thieves !!

i,m a Realtor and property manager and have used many plumbing firms over the years. This firm is the best I have ever worked with. They are fast and very knowledgeable and always want to do what's best for their customer. They also have very good pricing and use the best materials. I would not use any other firm.
