We had a slab leak that required a full house repipe. A1 was able to come our home before any other company, scheduled the work quickly, were polite and professional from start to finish and did a great job. 100% would recommend.
First time user of A1 Service Plumbing and I have rated their service as 5. From my first phone call to ask about replacing an old toilet in the master bath to "installing day", A1 personnel has been outstanding. Everyone is very pleasant to talk with and a delight when they made a 'house call' to estimate the cost of my job. From beginning to end, FIRST CLASS! I am so thankful for everything that A1 Plumbing has done for me they came out the same day and fixed my leak. The gentlemen that came to my house were so helpful and considerate. I will definitely be using them in the future.
Never called back. Called again and they wanted me to get it installed more than an estimate first. Lady was the most Polite Rude person ever. You know what I mean.
Terrible! Did poor work and damaged our sink. Put in cheap disposal that broke down months later. Will never use again.
