So my water heater decided that it wanted to suddenly leak, (more like gush) no warning at all. Based on the reviews received, I called up Stay True and they were able to come to my home and replace the water heater on the same day. The two gentlemen who came out where on time, professional, and courteous. I saved this company's number in my phone as my go to, however, quite honestly, I hope I won't have to use their services soon.
Installed a backup sump pump for my home. The guys were professional and did a great job on the installation. Highly recommend!
Stay True plumbing is amazing! Sean and Kevin have solved several problems in my 100 year old home. Sean is a great troubleshooter. They are always on time and have all the material they need to complete the job! Katie in the office has excellent communication and follow up skills and is a pleasure to call! It is so great to call a plumber and have a live, helpful person answer.
I cannot boast enough! I had 2 plumbers come out (Sobieksi and Air Temp Solutions) they did absolutley NOTHING and yet charged me for work. I had a friend reccomend Stay Tru and I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE!!! Kenny came in, got right to work and fixed my stopped up pipe. He was friendly, professional and real. Lets not forget his mom Shirley who helped get him out to me and really listen to what I had to say the issue was. WONDERFUL company. USE THEM!!!
