We took a commercial building (an old 1950 bowling alley/pool hall to be exact) and transformed it into our home. We fell in love with the character of the building the day we saw it. Harry, Mike, Bill and Ivan were incredible. There were challenges in our remodel to say the least. They figured out every obstacle, were professional, personable and made it happen seamlessly. Their price was more than reasonable (yes, we shopped around) Would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know. They go above and beyond in customer satisfaction. We are so glad we chose them as our contractor!

Called earlier this week to schedule a plumber. Caswell scheduled someone to show up between 12- 4, Fri April, 12. I took off from work and waited until 3pm, called to make sure someone was still coming and they confirmed “ Yes”. The person who answered sounded like I was an inconvenience. At 3:15 pm, they called me to say they needed to reschedule! After missing a half day pay and waiting for almost 4 hours, you seriously want me to reschedule with you?! NEVER would use or recommend this company!! Typical lower slower mentality!

Was to come to give an estimate in morning. I called at noon, was told he got hung up, but would be there. When I asked for a time, she didn’t know. I canceled. See a pattern with this company, not showing up.

Great plumbing company! Store has a variety of plumbing, electrical and hardware, but don't think this is a big box store! More like the old neighborhood hardware store.

Worst plumbing company I ever used! They connected the pipe to the toilet to my hot water pipe. When I complained, instead of fixing it properly they cut through my sink cabinet and ran a flexible line from the cold water line to the sink faucet to the toilet.
