LNP has done a lot of work for me over the past 6 years, ranging from hot water heater installation to emergency repairs of frozen pipes. They are responsive and do good work. Recently installed an outdoor spigot. Their quoted price was lower than others and they stuck with it despite the unanticipated difficulty; and came up with some helpful solutions. Highly recommend.
Lazy. Call about getting sump pump installed and they were so incompetent they did not want to do the work because they couldn't..wile other plummers.gave me.a qoute. Not sure why they are in the bussiness.
During the Memorial Day weekend my neighbor's shower handle broke, He was renting his place for the holiday weekend, when the people that were renting from him called him about the faucet, he called ME., I called Long Neck Plumbing, and the lady stated they COULD come out and fix the faucet. As busy as it was on the roads, Long Neck Plumbing still got the job done, everyone was happy. I thank companies like this, for going that extra mile. Thanks !!!!!!
