The first representative I talked to was great. The service tech who came out was great. The rest of my experience was terrible. I had to take a whole day off of work because they could not give me a time frame of when they were coming out. Then at 10:30am they called to cancel the appointment for that day. After i had confirmed it the day before. They then set up a Saturday morning appointment for me so I would not need to take another day off, the called on Friday afternoon to say that they had my appointment set up at 7:00pm and they were wondering if i could do a day during the next week! I was livid! They finally came out on Sunday morning. The customer service to set up the appointment is great, but the schedulers and the dispatchers suck at their jobs. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

In the past I have always had good service I could rely on. Things have changed in the past year. I would have to request receipts for a service contract multiple times and ask for a supervisor, my latest AC appointment was cancelled at the last minute because there were not enough service techs even though the appointment was made months in advance. I was told a manager would call me to discuss and they never did. Service lately has been very disappointing.

Nate Murray and Maurice Williams worked very well as team for our mini-split installation. They answered all our questions, left our house spotless, and were professional from beginning to end.
