Tri City Heating and Cooling - Continues to provide excellent and fast service. Our air conditioning unit stopped working and they were out promptly today and fixed the issue!!!! Kyle L. is fantastic - very knowledgeable and professional!!! Some places would try to sell you a whole new unit, but not Tri-City!!! Thank you Amanda for such great service!!!!

Horrible pricing. They rip you with their ridiculous prices for anything and everything. Then they are shameless to not do post install support saying that will be extra. Horrible attitude by Seamus without even trying to understand the problem. Reliability of their services is a big question. The system broke within few days and not stable. Calling them to even ask about it is useless May be its just me that I had to deal with these issues. Not even sure how Home Depot is using these guys to provide HVAC support services in the area. Shame on home depot and shame on Tri City guys for their ridiculous quality of installation, pricing and most of all lack of customer first attitude. I wish I did not have to deal with them.

Awesome service! Called and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. The tech Randie called on his way to let me know he was coming and was very nice and quick in finding and fixing the problem. Will definitely recommend .

Great company and amazing technicians! We had Tri-City replace our aging 1986 A/C units that were inefficient & expensive to maintain. The installation was quick, professional & clean - they even removed the heavy A/C units! Thank you! We are very pleased with the Mitsubishi ductless system. Our house is cold during the summer & toasty warm in winter. A+

Horrible service. My Ac is not working since beginning of June and every time we call they keep telling us they’re waiting for a part to arrive and that was over a month ago. They finally called to say they’re coming last week but then said had to cancel because ANOTHER part has not yet arrived. I told them that I have a newborn baby at home and really need the AC as this heat is making him very cranky. If it was just my and my husband then we wouldn’t have a problem but our concern was on our kids. But guess what? I’m still waiting for damn part which god knows if they even ordered back in June. I don”t even want to give any stars if I could.
