My 93 year old mother asked this plumbing company to repair/replace a couple of faucets, a couple of pipes, and in addition they installed a drain basket. They needed to pick up one or both of the faucets and so they took an hour to go to a well-known supply chain that is about 10 minutes from her front door. They charged her labor for the hour away and another one and half hours for the actual work they did. Long story short, she was handed an $800.00 bill for 2.5 hours of 'work' and minor parts. Their rate for labor was $135.00 per hour. National average is roughly between $25 - $50. We won't be calling them back.
