This firm has given me great pleasure in that the young man who came to sort out our boiler was everything one expects (but rarely gets) in that he introduced himself correctly, was kindly and polite and, above all, listened whilst we related the woeful history of our 8 year old central heating boiler. He arrived on time, kept us informed of progress and needs of the "patient" and without any fuss got on with getting things sorted. It was obvious he knew his job, was a very clean and able worker and ensured that everything was left clean and tidy. At last, I have a boiler that functions exactly as it is meant to! My wife and I are both over 80 and a workman of this calibre is most appreciated. We shall certainly recommend him to anyone who needs this type of work being done. Oh, yes, a cuppa is most appreciated. Certainly 5 stars is well earned.

Excellent service all round, Professional, Trustworthy and Knowledgeable. Completed the work to a high standard, with the upmost care for my property, very impressed! Would use them again in the future and highly recommend to anyone.
