Very pleased with Jared, Ray and their crew. All were professionals and knowledgeable. Gave me a very good price on replacing my forced hot air furnace. They came when they said and replaced it in a couple of hours. They cleaned up any mess and tested the unit. Went above and beyond my expectations and made the process painless. I highly recommend them and would hire them again. They did a great job.

Let me start by saying that this is 100% a real review and I rarely leave a review for any company, good or bad. But I had a great experience that I needed to take the time to write this. My wife and I was in the market for a water treatment system and researched a few companies. Ironically I called POLAR plumbing, heating and air conditioning mistakenly. WOW what a blessing! Ray, Jared, and the entire POLAR crew were amazing. Ray set up the appointment, Jared came out fast and gave a great price on the spot. Within a few days the POLAR crew came out and installed the water treatment system. My wife and I were so satisfied with the quality of the service we decided to inquire about a new boiler system with POLAR. A few days later a new boiler system was installed. Needless to say the install of the new boiler was amazing! The POLAR crew are professionals and pay attention to details. I am glad that I’m a POLAR member now and have a peace of mind that POLAR is on our side if we need anything in the future. We will definitely be using POLAR again for our heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs. Again, this is a real review. GREAT COMPANY and you will not be disappointed!!!

Ray and Jared were a pleasure to do business with. They were very professional and honest from the very first moment I contacted their business. They were in constant communication with me and truly made the whole process of installing an hvac system less stressful than expected. Ray has been so helpful and patient with me and all my questions regarding the services they provide. I had my 1st annual checkup for my generator and boiler done by Mike. What a professional job he did! Absolutely pleased with service and follow-up. Would recommend them for anyone.
