Greg worked hard to find the route of the heating problem. He was very careful, tidy and respectful of our belongings that needed to be moved. At all times he kept us updated on what was needed and how long he expected to take. He honoured the price he quoted even though he came across a few difficulties which took extra time and effort. When Greg replaced our taps, I mentioned to him that I thought the radiators weren’t getting as hot as they should; he showed me on his Thermal imaging camera that there was a build-up of sludge at the bottom of the radiators and recommended a flush of the heating system with a Magnacleanse. We left it for a while and then in January we decided to go ahead. We are stunned at the difference it has made, a room that has always been cold is now nice and cosy, he also fitted a magnetic filter to protect the boiler. Thanks Greg! Any future heating and plumbing problems we will definitely be calling Greg.
