After we called here, he referred us to a friend called "Tim", who promised us that he defininetly will come over the same day.. Not calling any other plumber, we were waiting for several hours with a frozen pipe and no water.. Tim left us waiting until 10pm and finally turned off his phone as we tried to reach him. Unreliable and unprofessional. Thanks
